You'll have to host your pictures on a photo hosting website.

As a forum user you are limited to the generic avatars that are available when you set up your profile.

install the photobucket app, upload your pics to photobucket, and copy the [IMG ] tag links it gives you to your post over here. this will embed the image in your post, doesn't allow forum users to upload images directly to our site.
