If you need any help with it let me know. I'm just outside columbus in johnstown.

You don't want to deal with this guy, he's a jerk.

welcome to the MWC, put your thick skin on. Sometimes we're mean, but there's no other group of people I'd like to rely on when my junk is broken on the trail.

im not easily offended, so no worries there. I get that since i bought this jeep with a lift on it i fall into the "bought not built" shame category....even though it seems like every part of the lift needs replacing anyway :repair:

I also fall dead square into the newbie category...since this is my first 4x4...but i am researching every problem as it comes up and trying to fix it myself.

Mike has been a big help to me so far on the jeep, after i ran into him at Easton a week after buying the jeep.

im looking forward to getting this thing trail ready so i can have some fun with it this summer.

Good stuff! My XJ is my first 4x4 too. It certainly is a different world than I ever knew about beforehand.

Welcome to the board! The MWC is pretty damn cool, if we do say so ourselves.

thanks!

its nice to have another site to read at work in order to avoid the mindless task of washing and inventorying artifacts, after i've figured out the next step for whatever is wrong with the jeep on any given day and taken as many smoke breaks as i can without the boss yelling at me.

thanks!

Artifacts? Do you work in a secret government facility?

:tinfoil tightened:

haha, nothing near that cool.

im a shovelbum for a commercial archeology company.....but rainy weather = office work.

although.....that's exactly the sort of thing i would say if i did work at a secret government facility.....

I'm not sure I buy that cover story.....

but you seem cool enough to take a joke, so you'll be alright here.
I'm an hour north In ashland.

couple questions just to be sure your not

1) do you like bacon?
anything that tastes good is better wrapped in bacon
2) do you put cheese on everything?
anything wrapped in bacon tastes better covered in cheese
3)whats you take on fried turkey?
unknown, but intrigued
4) how ulgy is your rig?
it looked really good at 11pm in the parking lot without my glasses on (read: dented and slightly rusted)
5) chicken or beef?
i do not discriminate....plus with the right sauce either can be a winner

now.....if i got any of those answers wrong there are a few possibilities:

im a bad toyota spy who didnt do research
im a good toyota spy who messed some up on purpose to confuse you
im an xj guy with good taste
im an xj guy with bad taste
