Need Rear DS ASAP

Hey ya all - Smashed up my rear DS this weekend in Big Bear. Had to drive home in front wheel drive over 450 miles!!!!! I'll post a trip report tomorrow.

Anyways - Would anyone have a DS for a 2000 - 2001 they would be willing to part with? We went to a junk yard in San Berndadino and grabbed one out of an 88 - Too Long. If you think another year would fit let me know.

I would have posted this in the wanted sectoin but I would prefer someone located within an hour and a half of San Jose.

You should be able to get your driveshaft retubed easier than finding a new one. I had mine done in Concord for $100. Might be worth the money to get you back to normal.

Thanks for the advice. I may just hit South Bay Drive Lines and call it a day.

I wish it was a U-Joint. I bent the tube pretty good. We bought a couple new U-joints at Auto Zone in San Bernadino. I'll have pix soon.

mmm - Dunno. BUT - I got a DS made at a local shop so I am all good now. THANKS to EVERYONE who replied, I really appreciate it. I'll have pix of the bashed DS and the new one soon.
