I know, "cheap" means it won't last forever. Well, the 4 walmart 100 watters had less than a year before they started rusting on the outside. Initially I didn't care because of the price and I figured I would just paint them black. BUT, the inside is rusting very fast, and of course now they are dim.... I would say about the same as stock headlamps!

Anyway, is there a particular 6" offroad light that anyone likes that is less cost than the KC's? I am buying 4 and just have a hard time spending $200 on lights! (I already did the headlight upgrade to H3 from e-bay and WOW).

links would be great. I am ok with black, titanium, or chrome.

thanks!

Yea I just got through taking four of those 100w walmart lights off the light bar on my rig. They are NOT going back on.Mine rusted on the top fast too.I painted them with truck bed liner but they aren't water tight so I ditched them.

I found some work (spot) lights at a local truckstop. Have a rubber housing, so no rust. 100W, beam pattern comparable to a set of Hella's (but only $9 per light) Of course, only 4" lights....

I've had PC lights before and I had no problems out of them. I had the "slim" 55W lights mounted in the OEM fog light location on the front bumper. Nice upgrade from the OEM's for a total of $30.

At $60 a piece for the pro-comp lights ($240) you might as well just buy 2 Hella Rallye 4000's. Much better light and won't rust

I have some cheap harbor freight 100Ws on mine, and they work great, and they have been on for 6 months with no rust yet.

i got 2 of the pilot automotive 6" lights from autozone and they throw off a lot of light and i've had em for a while. i wouldn't recommend mounting them on a stock bumper unless you want them to point down a little bit. that's what mine do
