and whats left on the list of parts?

Looking through the thread, it still needs the axles swapped in and the long arms done? Ill do that on sunday If its not done before then. Also I remember a bunch of electrical stuff needed to be done, I can do that to start if the axles are done.

Do we have an HD inner box brace and stuff like that that will need to go on?

i am 75% sure i will be going to oregon this weekend instead of next.
that means that there will be no build party this weekend, but we can hit it again the following weekend. hopefully jon & bryan can make it.
hopefully cracker provided a happy ending resulting in axle shafts shipping.

the steering box plates are already done.
there is still tons of work to do though.
cb, wiring, hood vents, fender flairs, install front diff & longarms, shocks, brake lines, etc.
 
Avery, did you get Ujoints with those shafts? If not I think I have a pair of Super Joints in the shed. What other parts are now needed, I can rummage through my storage unit for parts.

Tim, what else do you need other than the big ticket parts and time?
 
this is ms knucklehead. tim is out of town, now you can really have some fun just not at the fun factory. see you next weekend!!

i bought a set of beadlocks (for my green xj) from a guy on pirate who is in sepastopol. boatwrench may be able to get them headed this way. anyone else up that way that can help with a parts train?

Sounds good. Just spent about six hours wireing the sterio in my new Jeep.
If Tom can get the wheels to S.F. or nearby, I may be able to deliver to you.

6 hours to wire a stereo? Maybe you should stick to the bolt on parts. :roflmao:
