I'm on here constantly. (Desk Job) is one of the slowest forums I browse these days.
Facebook is taking over the Jeep scene. There's only 104,382 XJ Facebook groups. People would rather chat it up on there than come here, unfortunately.

Just like video killed the radio star, Facebook killed the use groups. Soon Facebook will only play reality shows for teens and every one will come back.

For me, it's just a busy time of year. Lots of family and church stuff going on plus getting ready for Christmas.
Forums all over are having a rough time. Whether it is Jeeps, IH trucks, plastic models, they are all seem to be in a slump.

Seen all the FB XJ groups?
They are hoppin like crazy. I think it's pretty obvious where our traffic has gone.
All of you who are on FB and in these groups could do a great service by pimping the crap out of us. It's fun and easy to chit chat on FB in a group like that but they lack so much that has to offer. Tech forums, trail rides, sponsorship and vendors. The list goes on and on...

Good tech can't be easily referenced later so tech sucks on FB. I have noticed if they can't find anything to bash they don't have much to say.
FB also made it harder to push
on FB posts for me recently. I used to link to my build thread or something that would answer someones questions and be able to select the preview image. A month or 2 ago they removed the option to select the preview but it would still be one posted in the thread so it would be on topic. Just recently it will select the naxja logo pic or the avatar pic pf the OP so no one clicks it because it is an off topic pic or just a naxja logo instead if a pic of what we were discussing.

There is an easy fix for the photo thing. Click add photo then in the content put your link in. The photo you want will come up first before the link.

Trust me I try and pump out the naxja site as much as I can because facebook has a crap ton of wrong info and idiots with no sense lol

Going to make my first post here. Mainly cause I was referred here from an XJ facebook page. I like forums better cause of the ability to search and it seems there are few more less dumbasses on forums then the facebook pages. I'm about to delete the XJ pages from my feed cause it seems the same thing is asked over and over to where a simple google search can answer their question. I'm new to the whole Jeep thing but not to the car scene.. Been into Muscle cars since I was young an grew up around classics and muscle cars. Got into BMW e30's some time ago also.
I'm an admin on a BMW e30 forum (R3VLimited) and also there is a R3V Facebook page. I often wonder if most on there even know about the forum, but then on the same hand there are some dumb people who don't need to be on the forum cluttering it up with their stupidity.
