Just curious...

I thought that only paid members could sport the sticker? I remember this coming up a while ago but I can't remember what the outcome was. Now, I see a guy in the MWC that's got the sticker but he's not in red...

Are the stickers still being sold in the swag shop? Is this different from what the real paying members get?

He was a member who expired in June... He would have received a sticker when he joined as part of his membership packet... I suggest you encourage him to re-up.
