Wouldn't mind seein some pics of that RRO Trac Bar....my first lift was one of theirs, it did OK for the year I ran it.

same problem as last time, different solution: while taking out drivers side leaf spring, the front weld nut in the unibody rail got messed up. lovely. well instead of cutting it out and welding in a new one (last time)...my friend mark found me a correct size die and redid the threads for me! woohoo!

Looking good so far. Keep up the good work!!

both mounts are on, just need to widen one of the holes in the crossmemember. i had to cut out the studs there, drill them out, and put a nut up there and weld it in. THAT was a pain, and one of them ended up a little bit forward, so rather than fight it and probably screw up the threads...ill just open it up a bit, throu a washer on there, and be good to go.

Im also stitch welding the mounts on, along with the bolts...these suckers arent ever coming off.

Man it looks great!!!!!!! I can't wait until it's done and I can see it perform.

You can get a stud puller at HF for under $5. I have one you could've used.

angle grinder + drill + 15 mins per side....and like 2 seconds to weld a nut in. but that would have been easier.

Im itchin to test drive this thing and see what kind of flex i can get.
