I like Midwest cause they had more for Cider than Northern...

Announced publicly today for the first time: Northern Brewer & Midwest Supply are now one company. Sounds like they're going to work more on economy of scale more than anything. Both mail order operations are now shipping out of the same warehouse.

had to wrap it up in the blanket and put a heating pad on it. temp outside of the carboy is about 70 now. but in my house its only around 65-68

Mine started late morning yesterday, going good now...

Got all ready to bottle yesterday, got the bucket out and got everything sanitized. racked the beer into the bucket(bottle priming instead of batch). got all my bottles out and ready to sanitize, pulled out the sugar, and a bowl full of sanitizer for my caps......shit forgot to buy caps! it was 9:00 and the brew shop was closed.

My buddy won a freezer in a raffle that he is gonna turn into a keezzer. so he gave me this minifridge that he already set up to hold 2 corny kegs.

anyone going to thirsty troll brewfest up in WI later this summer? I know its still a couple months off but I just made camping plans/reservations and bought my ticket.

I wish I could. The guy that owns Oso brewing in plover is awesome. They have a tasting room there that is a required stop when I'm in the area..
