well i am going to colorado mtn college to major in outdoor recreation education. i will be heading out to start in the fall. the jeeps coming with me. just looking to meet some new people and this is the only way not to go out not knowing anyone..

welll i have been working at killington vt everyday.. this past winter... its still only 4000ft though,. leadville is 10000... haha

Find Hagerman Tunnel - SW of town.
It's an old abandoned railroad tunnel off Hagerman Pass.
The road leading up to the west side of the tunnel stops several hundred feet before the tunnel entrance.
If you hike up to the tunnel and look in, you will see that the bottom 1/4 of the tunnel is filled with water.
The water is dripping from the ceiling of the tunnel, and it is so clear, you can see all the way to the bottom.
I wish I had a raft or canoe, because it would be neat to row though the tunnel (a strong light is a must).
