Do you HAVE to donate blood, or can you just pay that day? (Mad Cow won't allow me to donate... apparently it's possible to be just a carrier)

Yeah, last I heard I can't donate due to living in England for several years or something. Can't recall, just knew I couldn't donate last time I tried way back when.

It's a pay weekend as well, so, no you don't have to donate to get in. But, I would guess that if you tried to donate and they turned you away, that you'd still get in.
