MOAB

Chip and I are probably going to leave Wed after supper and drive over. We will probably crash in the Jeeps Wed evening, get up and get some breakfast, get ready to wheel and set up camp/tents. We will then wheel Thurs, Fri, and Saturday. Chip wants to head back Saturday evening, but I may wait and head back Sunday morning. I'm going to dolly my rig there and back. That way if I break something I can get it home, or if somebody else breaks, they can drive my rig back and we can tow their POS.:D

What kind of schedule are the rest of you gents going to do?

What spaces do you CS folks have at the campground?

Tom... We're leaving early Thursday morning.. I'll meet Jeff, Led & Justin S. somewhere just outside Denver on I-70 (Morrison Exit or so). Hopefully get into Moab in time for a late afternoon Hell's run and leaving Sunday. We've got 3 cabins reserved and atleast one tent spot that I know of... There may be more reserved than that though. I know the other Justin (w/ the diesel Scout) is along for the trip too but not sure what his accomodations are.

Definitely can't wait. :)

What names did you reserve under so I can tell them and hopefully get a spot close? I plan to bring my small propane grill and maybe we can BBQ a bit and drink some Jose and Koolaid one evening.

Justin Shrock. Camp Jeep or something like that is there that same weekend. We all reserved our spots just after Coloradofest... You should definitely call and see what they still have.

You know Tom... if you're cooking, it'll be required you make up a batch of that kickass BBQ sauce, right? :)

I do the cooking you do the cleanup. I though about making some good green chili with pork for burritos to take on the trails. Might even pick up some tamales.

OK, green chili for the eggs in the morning.

At my house, chili is one of the four food groups. My wife's maiden name is Chavez.

The burritos are a hazzard around the camp fire or in the tent.

We stayed at moab rim and that campsite rocked. it was 10 bucks a night and the bathroom showers were the nicest I've ever seen hands down. Always a hot shower the showers have like a two room setup to them and it's all included so no having to pay for a shower. they had firewood and ice at the campgrounds potable water fire pits covered shelters. It rocked. They had pop up camp sites motor home sites and they are expanding more cabin out there. Had nice grass all over the place and tree cover and leantoo.
I wish I could make it out with you guys. Went at the end of May and no money to get back out there right now.
