take the VIN to an international dealer.

only way to know.
that or get the numbers off of it's PCM and then cross reference those against the parts lists.

23.5k GVWR. So probably a 6K front and a 17.5 spicer rear. Basically the exact same stuff as the uhaul chassis. I had a 15.5 rear, but they're the same axle with different hubs/tires.
 
Mine was an eliminator, you could still see the fading around where the stickers used to be on the box and fenders...ba10/5 in mine
