Meet&Greet #2 in the Fresno Area

The last one turn out really good, I figure we can get started on the next one. I'm thinking of a pot-luck BBQ. That way the kids have a place to be kids. I'll host at last resort, my BBQ works, but the yard needs work.

The cool thing is there is one new Member and I have a neighbor down the street with a nice lifted XJ.

That would put the total to 7 if everyone would come. Party would be 15-20 people if we brought family and freinds.

I don't have any plans for the middle of May, BBQ Friday night, wheel on Saturday.

If we do Pot-luck, please sign in on what you may bring. I can provide coolers and Ice for everyone to bring thier own drinks.

I wont know until the middle of May what my schedule will be for the summer. If I get on with boat patrol, my weekends are completely shot for the whole summer. Ill forward it on when I find out.

The date is not in concrete, like my driveway , Any suggestions would be good, espesially the one about hosting it.

June there is the Rubicon, maybe we can schedule it before a Red/Coyote Lk run. I'll have to look at another thread to find out when a SoCal Xj'er is planning on doing some camping around Dinkey.

I'm in no big hurry, I know some of us have school and such.

i'll be at dinkey 6/8-6/15.....want to run on sat. 6/14 with a group. we can meet at the ranger station or other location to be determined. i'l also be running bald that week. also remember: SWAMP on aug. 1,2,3.

I think Swamp isn't going to work for me this year, first weekend of the month, drill duty. The sacrifices I make for my country. Usually the only way to get out of it is with something religous, is a religion.

The 14th looks perfect, perfect Fathers Day gift. I'll get the wifey and the kids to come. Also that keeps me open for the Rubicon on the 20th. I'll make an official post tomorrow for Red/Coyote LK. Cool, can't wait. BTW: The run is a lot like Swamp but not as long.
