M90 supercharger installed

All stock!!!! only things i did was swap to the newer intake manifold, have a header, high flow cat and welded thrush muffler, 2.5 all the way. I had all that done way before i installed the m90. I friend want to a junk looking for things found the m90, he pulled the whole setup off the supercoupe. Then he decided he didnt want it. So he gave it to me. Had it for about 5 years.

So how does your supercharger work? How much boost? Any CEL's?
Where is your MAP sensor located?
Throttle linkage, cables?
What are you doing for extra fuel under boost? AEM and ?stock injectors?
What are your A/F ratios under boost?
Timing retard under boost?
Have you dyno'ed it yet?

1. supercharger works great! 6 psi right now. sure is fun.
2. cel yes, injector codes, because i am using the universal aem not the one for mopar/jeep
3. map is on throttle body before supercharger just like stock. aem has a map built it that reads the boost leave and adds fuel that way.
4.since it is manual and no cruise just one throttle cable, using stock bracket bolted to back of supercharger.
5. i am running 38 or 36# injectors out of a gm 3.8 supercharged engine. The AEM reads and adjust timing and fuel. I am pulling 1 degree of timing
for ever pound of boost. I am working on a second hotter tune since the AEM has a switchable two tune setup.
6. a/f is around 12 when under boost and closer to 14 when driving normal
7. havent dyno'ed it yet, have to get the second tune worked out.

i am thinking about parting my jeep out since I have so much money and time in to it as offroad jeep. Will keep the engine and trans and supercharger set up. Build a stroker with the motor and get a smaller pulley for the m90. then look for a 2door cherokee to put it in. keep it the 4 wheel drive but lower it as much as i can. my friends does auto cross and would like to get into that with it. I figure that if i can break the 35''s loose with 3.55 gearing in third gear, then with smaller tires and stiff suspension and a stroker motor running 10 to 12 psi it would be really fun to drive.

Do you go into open loop? Easily? Like less than WOT and <3000rpm.
If you stay in closed loop (especially at 1-2 pounds boost and low rpm) the stock computer and 02 sensors will work to pull fuel out to bring it back to 14.7.
What codes #? Does it think that the injectors are rich?
Could probable pull less that 1 degree /pound if your AFR are right on and good gas.

injector circuit malfunction all six injectors, the universal aem has a much different ohm reading then the mopar/ jeep unit. that is what causes the codes I have. I also would rather be safe and keep it a little rich and that amount of timing being pulled. the engine has 207k miles on it. It is quite now and would like to keep it that way. Would rather not have a chance for knock( detonation, spark knock, or pinging)

What do you mean then the WOT and <3000???????

WOT i hit 6 psi by 1500rpms,if not sooner. Being a roots type blowers boost comes on much fast. About anything over 1/2 throttle I start getting boost.

How's your 'second hotter tune' coming along? What is your plan?

I have the tune in my computer, just haven't uploaded it to the AEM yet. I think I am going to part out the jeep. I dont want to put anymore time into it right now.

Wait. What?

Yeah. I have so much money into the lift, brakes, supercharger, and other odds and ends. The floors in the front need replaced and the rockers are getting bad. Just not willing to fix all that, so I am thinking about just selling everything off of it and scraping the body.
