Karma 2010!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ha. Well, if I had received a ticket during that 5 minute period that I was actually parked in that zone, I wouldn't say anything. But to follow me down the street to put the ticket on my car??

And why do they enforce the "Residents Only" restriction during the day when the streets are empty? :dunno:

You're right E. I'm a scofflaw. :laugh3:

Computer desk - 2'x47". The middle part is a slide out keyboard tray.
It's starting to get weathered by being in my garage. The knobs are missing. It can be sanded & stained to be really nice.

I could really use both, where are you located, please.

Thank You, Elias. I will call my Nephew, he has a friend in your area. Maybe he can snag them, or if someone is coming out this way...:)

That's no lie! A couple years ago, I stopped at a dealership on Samo Blvd. to inspect a car. I admittedly parked in a "Residents Only" zone for five minutes while I got the keys. I then drove a block away to a remote gated lot owned by the dealership. When I was finished inspecting the car, there was a ticket on my car.

Evidently, the parking officer followed me to the remote lot to put the ticket on my car for parking in the "Residents Only" zone a block away. Because I KNOW for a fact that there was no ticket on my windshield when I drove from the dealership to the remote lot. I definitely would've seen it.

No good Karma for that meter maid.
Ha ha, I've done that. The owner of the car came back to the car while I was writing the ticket and moved it to the other side of the mall. I followed the car and after she parked and left the car I put the ticket on it. That one was for expired reg though.

I am thinking the conductor of this train should get a little something, you guys treat her right :D
It's all good--Karma recirculates nicely!

I do! I fill her with beer and force her to play scrabble with my wife :gee:. My wife LOVES it and I suck at it!
Yes you do well supplying me with beer, and you & I both got our asses kicked by the NKPH!! But it's a lot of fun.

Sorry bout that Carol i'm in Rancho Cucamonga i no longer need the skid but i have a set of rear doors that Sequoia wants.
Hmmm...if I headed to El Monte after the party on the 30th in Menifee instead of going home, either we'd strap them to the roof of the Mitsu, or I'd decide to take the Jeep to Menifee...which would suck on gas mileage & death wobble. Then I'd detour to Torrance on my way home Sunday 1/31...

OR someone who heads out the 210 could grab them on the way to/from JV for KOH in mid Feb, or to/from Big Bear if they go.

Got any soup Carol? LOL
NO soup for you, Paul!! That picture epitomizes my grumpy German grandmother's genes...

Brendan, she has kids........seems like she is capable of "getting a little something" on her own. HAHAHA
Yes, I certainly am :)--more so now that those "kids" (youngest is now 15) can be left alone!! And no, I don't require payment in flesh for railroad services!!

So, so far over the next few weeks I'll be visiting:
Cracker (drop off work light & play scrabble) I-10 & I-605
Monkey55 (drop off work light) Hwy 91 & I-605
GSequoia (pick up a rim, maybe drop doors) Hwy 91 & I-405
GrimmJeeper (drop off intake) Hwy 91 & I-405
XCM (pick up a skid) I-105 & I-405
SD Overland (drop off the skid) by my house
?Wildman89 (maybe pick up Sequoia's doors) I-210 & I-15
JeeperJohn (drop off bumper) I-215 & I-15
Menifee for Baja 100 party I-215 & Hwy 79/74

Yeah, but I go right by his place on the way home from your place, too... we'll see. You & your roomie need to work on an excuse for me to be sick on Feb 5!! Let's find something fun/silly/stupid to do that weekend...

We'll see. I have work to be completed and hopefully get the rear axle in and done in my rig for KOH

Oh boy! Well I'd be cool with coming up to help with your wrenching fun if it's something I can assist on...

Translation: Lunch with a child in the age range (0-3 or so) that for years made this my favorite statement (about meals, that is): "The only thing I get to eat warm is ice cream".

Tire chains, used about five miles or so before they started to annoy me and I took them off.
