Re: NAC Lots-O- Posts Thread-Part Deux

you don't put bacon grease on your trackbar bracket, silly. it's almost like you don't know anything about bacon-greasing a rig for wheeling.

john you gonna post sit about big dogs? Trip report anything>?

being a three-day event, i usually like to wheel moderately difficult trails the first day, so i don't risk breaking my junk and have to head home early, then the hard stuff saturday.

this time, we hit the ground running (so to speak) on Friday. we started on one of the more difficult trails: Pennsyltuckian. imagine a rockslide with boulders the size of RC's Rock Creek (and bigger), on a hill as steep as Crawl Daddy, and 50 yards wide with about a thousand different lines ranging from 'really difficult' to 'you might die'.

i'm not exaggerating.
the trail was LITTERED with broken rigs - both jeeps and buggies. anyone here ever been there? someone please back me up on this.

i wheeled Pennsyltucky last September, but bailed before the end. i had a score to settle and finished it this time.

How's it compare to Outer Limits, that new rock garden over in the northeast property at RC?

That's pretty much rock creek at a 30 degree angle. I liked the look of it but I'm pretty sure some of the rocks would hit my hood before I could get my tires on them.

Re: The "JUST FOR BANDIT" thread

what are you planning.. if your getting rid of your existing headliner.. hook dis fool up! i need one.. i should just get one at the JY next time i go
We just did an overhead on a 98 we had the nice interior but not Totoaly loaded we found an overhear with the computer readout and grabed it and all its wireing to the fusebox Unpluged everything and it all pluged in and worked We wear very happy with it We did a bit of hack job though we drilled a hole through the roof and into the plastic holder on the overhead at the very back put a nut and washer Siliconed the top hole it holds fine looks good Works Awsome I am going that to all me newer ones from now on .,

Re: NAC Lots-O- Posts Thread-Part Deux

Yeah... and it's only 2 screws and a bracket (which you can find in any grand caravan or cherokee with the overhead) to NOT do a hackjob at the rear
