Just bought my first XJ!

Well, I have gotten quite a lot done these last couple of weeks. I got my BB installed, my CB in, and yanked some molding off from my doors.

Oh yeah, I installed a Nate's 4x4 bumper as well. I think it is starting to look really cool. Many thanks to Ceejus for the tires!

This is my Midland 1001Z setup with a tunable 5' Firestik. I custom made my antenna mount out of some angle steel.

Hey Indy Guys, thought I'd chime in and let you know how the 95 Country is coming... scored some 30x9.50 MTR's off craigslist, like new, and shackles and spacers going on today, after I get this darn little U-Haul hitch off... pita, CB installed, headlight loom upgrade with silverstars for now, started my on board air from A/C compressor...
Now for the rest of my tune up and new serp belt on, and find the darn supercharger whine sound....
oh and had to add a center cup holder and laptop stand for travel... Ed

Hello to all you Indy Jeepers. I'm in Hancock County and have two XJ's, one DD and one strictly off road. Right now the DD is down as it waits to get a motor swap which is on hold as I finish up the "shop", a 30x40 pole barn I started last year but got delayed on due to a heart attack. I do have a bunch of parts so if you need anything let me know.

John

Little update, well, big update actually. I hadn't done a whole lot to my XJ for a while other than routine maintenance, so I felt it was time to do something big. Here it is...

First, lets recap: The night I bought it.

Second: After the bumper, BB, and 30s

And now, the moment we've all been waiting for (and my wife has been dreading)

The list is rather long of what I put on it, but I think it looks pretty cool. A very hearty thanks to H.D. Offroad for making some awesome shackle relocation brackets. Also, I extend my thanks to Jason over at RC. You have a customer for life man. Thanks!

looking good man, I ran those Mickey Thompson MTZ's for a while and really liked them. I only changed b/c I went to 35's and went with the Claws since I hardly street drive it and it is mainly just a trail rig now...

I should probably have this thread moved to a more appropriate place, but I didn't want to start a whole new thread to show off the latest creation. Here it is...

My new homebrew roof rack! It's on the right in the bottom two pictures :eeks1:
