Wow...way to twist stuff around to make someone look bad, just so you feel warm and fuzzy about yourself.
Obviously you're one of those customers who needs their ego stroked, and to be assured they know everything.
Is it your normal practice to walk into a place of business and tell the (professional with many years of experience) owner he's crazy, and doesn't know what the hell he's talking about? If so, I don't want your money, and get the hell out of the way so the people in line behind you with fists full of money can use my services...you're holding up the works.
If a customer has opinions, concerns, and needs...I am certainly always willing to hear them and work with the customer to give him/her exactly what they want and need. If the OP came into my shop and asked me the merits of regearing from 4.10 to 4.56, I would advise that it's not worth it (god forbid I try to save someone money, and conduct my business honestly). If he/she then decided that it doesn't matter, he/she wants them...he/she would get them. If he/she told me I was crazy and didn't know what I was talking about, I would kick them out.
What part of this is unreasonable or hard for you to understand and accept? You're twisting wording and meaning around to make me look like something I'm not. Thanks for working so hard to make this a personal attack and pissing match...thought we were supposed to talk tech here...
