Jeep 2500 Parts... I found them here...

The header panels are going to need some 'fit and finish' work for them to fit right. I stuck one of the lights in and it looks like the header panel will need some smoothing where the back of the headlamps assy sits in... nothing to big, just want to give you all a heads up. :)

Let me know if you need any other pictures.

Thanks, that answers my question. so it has four large holes, (likely use from top to bottom, brake, turn signal, reverse lamp, ???? -too big to be the running lamp socket? so where would the running lamp small bulb "go"? Thanks again

Its for the running lamp, it just doesn't use a small bulb like the US. The overseas lights all use large bulbs.

Might also be able to just cut out the stock socket and superglue it over the larger one, depending on size difference. I don't like having splices on the exterior.

I'll take solder and heat shrink over glued on weirdness anyday.

Hmm, I was worried about how far back that stuff penetrated, but looking here I see that it still has the same radiator support and the latched are still in the same place so I guess that will be ok.

I wouldn't be surprised if we ended up having to do some trimming in the front fender support area too.

Here is my theory from top to bottom.

Stop / Tail
Turn
Reverse
Rear Fog

The stop/tail is likely an 2057 bulb (just like ours), and the rest 1156's. I would use a 97 in the rear fog lamp socket though to have a dim tail lamp (the 97 is about the same brightness as an 2057's dim/tail light filament).

Notice that there does not appear to be a side marker (194) light in those tail lamps, I'm not too surprised at that as it appears they are modeled on the .eu lamps which have rear fogs and no side markers.

My overseas 97+ tails did not have any dual filament bulbs.

I'll have to double check but I'm pretty sure my 84 - 96 .eu spec lamps had dual filament bulbs in the top location. (I got the lenses with the sockets just to be safe). They could have changed that.

For those who might be interested in getting more of these conversions, I am working out details on my end and hopefully if we can get enough interest we can place an order with in a month so it would be about sept before the parts are in. I am also looking to see what other odd stuff that may interest us such as maybe the seats, I really like the back seats of these things. I I hope to have a website set up in about a week That i will have pics and up dates on.

that may very well be, just because my newer tails are this way doesn't mean the olders are that way.

I'll be back home on Thursday night and will start shipping it out to you all on the following Monday the (16th I think) when I get back to work. I'm going to see if I can find a box for the header panels but everything else should be easier to ship. But I'll start sending it out ASAP.
