Also for the guys who purchased something. I have a UPS freight computer at my work and get a better rate than the UPS type stores. That's how I shipped most of it last time, but if you have any 'preferred' method I will do my best to accommodate that.
Zluster I know you got a FedEx hookup and assume your going that route again..... REDXJ4FUN were going have to figure something out because I'm not familiar with and trucking company's going from Spokane, WA 99212 to your place, but I'll start looking. Everyone else will be doable on UPS I think.

hey chris were you able to get a tracking number on the trip from san diego to WA? just want an idea of how close it is :)
 
Its coming on a freight truck so I don't think you can track it. But I'll call Oak Harbor tomorrow morning and find out.

I confirmed it's on it way, but they don't have a way of tracking shipments available on the internet. So, I will have to call every hour to check on it. :) Anyway it should be in our hands by Monday the 16th. Then I get to do the really shatty part....... shipping. :(

I know the wait sucks and with all the backroom drama over the past few weeks..... it will sure be nice to get this one in the books!

I was part of your first order and I had also been a part of this one but had never posted up in the thread, just talked to Gerry backchannel. Do you have any idea if my order made it through? Last time I had heard, Gerry said only some of the stuff made it and some hadn't? I won't hold you liable either way, just curious more than anything and thank you so much for stepping up to handle this, I know it has been a hassle to say the least. Please let me know whenever you get a chance.

I was looking at this parts list months ago when everyone was putting their orders in, is it still available to get these shipped? I was interested for my daily driver but i didnt do it because it was in perfect shape, now today hitting a guard rail doing thirty ripped the grille and fender apart pretty good, so looks like im ready to look into this if still possible.

Collin, I have no idea what Gerry had going on backchannel. All the orders for 'this' shipment were put in last October and were paid directly to me. Gerry didn't get involved until after the order was placed and all he was going to do was assist with shipping. If you ordered before that you might want to get on the Comanche Club site and ask "Pete M" what happened with that order. All the items on that order are gone/destroyed/abducted by aliens, or something else. Anyway its a touchy subject. All of the NAXJA stuff on my second order (this one) is accounted for and currently on its way up to me. But you need to talk to the Comanche Club guys and figure out how to proceede with getting some money back.

I don't forsee myself doing another "groupbuy". You can order from Alex parts on your own like bville99 did. But with all the talk about the 2500 conversion now floating around the internet there is bound to be another groupbuy going on sometime either here or on one of the other XJ/MJ sites.

F*ck! He seemed like such a trustworthy guy too, and I have a pm from him saying the stuff arrived here early January. Damn, this royally sucks, I really hate bothering people but I suppose I'll ask Pete to see if he can give me any info. Thanks for your help Chris.

Why didn't you just ask me to order something like the first time? Your name was "90Piosport99" on the first order, right? I guess that threw me off a bit. PM me when you get a chance about all this.

I'm excited!!! Its sooo close!!! I was able to find my PG-8 color in a spray can! So it will look clean and actually match lol. It's going to look sweeeeet!
