just wanted to make sure there wasn't a "specific place" for all event related posts, like we did for the crawl...
although we have those smart dudes that keep us "organized"... so i'm sure it'll end up in the right place before too long, lol...

FYI (I also added this to the first post in this thread),
Mr Shrek (Glenn) has agreed to handle the reservations for the campsites and cabins at the park. Please send Shrek a PM to lock in your sleeping accomodations.
You can make your own reservations but you might not be located near the main group depending on how busy the campground gets.
Again, a big THANK YOU to Shrek for doing this.

Ed and Fam 1 cabin
Mark and Fam 1 cabin
Matt and Tiff 1 cabin
Tyler, Dan, Blake and friend 1 cabin
Glenn and Crystal 1 cabin
All 5 cabins are together
Greg and Sam 1 campsite
I went ahead I reserved 1 more campsite. So if you need one let me know.

i did not request to be in a cabin....
i was going to stay in primitive campsite....did this change without me knowing?? or a typo??
sharing a cabin 4 ways is almost twice as expensive as taking on a primitive site by myself...

I think Tyler and Dan were thinking this arrangement might work. It's not like this is set in stone. Shrek can get you a campsite.

tyler and i had talked awhile ago about a cabin, for the simplicity, and the idea of less set up, more wheel time! (and less clean up for afterwards) plus as everyone knows... whenever our group gets together at windrock, it always seems to... :shhh::shhh::shhh: ...and just thougrht it'd be nice to have a cabin instead.
...but i can camp in a tent just as well dangit! i remember one of my first trips to windrock, sharing my 3 man tent with Tim (The Hard Struggler) and waking up with frost on my hat!
i guess i'll get in touch with everyone, and see what they wanna do...

Is there a couple out there that wants to split a cabin with me and my wife? Not really interested in camping/using my roof top tent because it makes the jeep top heavy, and my trailer isnt done yet.
Just throwing it out there. I dont want to pay 100 bucks a night just for two of us, but 50 bucks a night is more doable.
Let me know, I would like to get this set-up asap. Please dont post up if you may have to back out.
