It has begun... 4 banger to AMC 360

Last night me and my buddy took the 360 from the donor truck. It has 64K original miles. We are going to give it a new water & oil pump and check the bearings, and all that other crap. It needs a carb, but other than that it should be in good shape.

Anyone that has done this swap have any suggestions? The truck is a 76 J10.

And does anyone know what gearing is in this thing? Its a 360/auto
