Iron Scorpion Bumper Kit???

Winch will last longer as not in the weather most of the time. Also your tyres, suspension and steering etc. Better handling too. Make up a plug at the back so you can pull that way too.

Well not quite as impressive as the other one but here is my version.

Not sure what you mean. I think it looks great! Like Old Man said, kudos to all of you. I am inspired. My front bumper will be Iron Scorpion. Kudos to them too. How cool of an idea.

im pretty sure my girlfriend ordered one of these for me for xmas...ive been over this sight so many time, she let a couple small details slip that kinda gave it away. i cant wait to get it started!!!!!!!! awesome work ferllas!

Cool girlfriend...I just finished mine and it is a nicely engineered piece of work. Well worth the money. Wish I would have waited for the winch bumper now however, shouldn't be a problem selling it later if I decide to!

If there is intererest, I can sell the bumpers I build as a kit. They are CNC laser cut and I would form the parts on a CNC press brake. All you have to do is then weld them together and smooth a few welds. Since the parts are designed on 3D CAD and cut with a laser, there is no grinding required to make the parts fit. There would be a main center C-channel section, the two tapered sides, and a cap on each end to make up the main body. There would be less than 1/4th of the welding of the Scorpion kit as a result. The frame mounts are also extended to brace the steering box. The D ring tabs fit through the face and weld directly to the frame mounts, not just the face like other bumpers. Main body is 3/16", frame mounts are 1/4" and D ring tabs are 3/4".

Ukraine Train, could you get it without the holes?

Minus the holes + the square hole already cut for a hitch reciever... plus a winch surface and bracing!!! You also may want to start a different thread 'Train Bumper'

Use the receiver hitch as the winch mount... that way you can move it to the back bumper if need be, or lock it up inside in a sketchy place.

Eh I never have liked that too much... I've got my winch all lined up for a nice winch bumper... I already promised it!
