Got a call from fed ex today, they sent my frame stiffeners to the wrong place. Tried blame it on me,then the seller, before they admitted it was there mistake.

That was my 1st night. I slept hard today.
I hate it and will be looking for a new job this may once I finish my degree. They hired a couple of guys and are now fully staffed, which to me spells out, you're a night guy until someone retires. Really like to find a 6-2 or 7-3 type of day.

I might be looking for a maint beeotch (the guy that gets the jobs the lead doesn't like to do) soon......most of the time we only work 5 days a week, maint starts at 5am and goes to about 3:30.....

I just think there are some people that can do it and some cant. I have a buddy who stayed up late every night and slept all day. Now he works 3rd. Me I have been getting up at 4 and going to bed at 10 my whole life.
Where do you live again? I may have to hop on realtor.com
No way cuz then I'd be the lead and that'd be bad. But if you want to muscle out the 63 yr old that started last week and got the day shift, you can do that.

Work decided to re do the restrooms, so they brought Porta Johns in so now we have to go outside and freeze are nuts off to use the restroom. Someone in upper management has a sick mind. Also the worst part is we have a set of restrooms by the office. Those are management only restrooms. So we get to freeze while they stay warm.

All of my good employees ( well everyone who still works for me) is getting a $500 bonus in their next check, for achieving budget and safety goals.
I've only been there 7 months, still cleaning up from last administration.
More people have thanked me for canning the ones I have than have protested.

Thas true, just sucks they put them outside in 10 degree weather. I just clocked out and went to that McDonald's down the road. I'll take the write up for it, but they shouldn't be to mad I'm staying a half hour over to make up for it.
