Just had to term a 20 yr employee for attendance. He didn't take me seriously, I bet everyone else will from now on.

Got a call at 6:45 am from the guy I was going to interview with on the 20th. He said they are looking to fill the position sooner than they thought and he wants to meet up tonight!!

They will likely all get returned to ford. i am curious what happened no one seems to know around here, they just showed up. my manager says ask the service manager, service manager says ask one of his writers and that guy has no idea he says the service manager ordered them. 11 of them are currently sitting out side under about 3" of snow that came down last night.

It went good. We talked before the job was even posted(getting posted today) He said he has to get someone within a couple weeks. He met with me last night because his current guy resigned that morning.

He said I remind him of himself and he likes what I have to bring to the table. So I feel good about it.
 
USB camera widget showed up today.
plugged into win 10, opened up VLC and opened up the capture device.

picture quality is better than I expected. Obviously it's not a digital camera, but it's good enough to see some detail. You can see metal scratches.
Build quality is what you'd expect from China for $15.
I'm going to sleeve the connection of the camera body and cable with some adhesive lined heatshrink. It looks like they superglued the cable jacket to the metal, so that's not going to stay waterproof.
 
got one guy running his ********** that he is not going to show up tomorrow because we fired the one guy. This will point him out too.....guess what my response is?????
