Once upon a time I spent four years of my life, 25k in loans and a semester of student teaching to find out it wasn't what I thought it was. I've spent all the years since then using things I learned along the way to do some pretty cool stuff...and some pretty crappy stuff. Jobs are like a rock wall. Sometimes it takes a while to find your footing, sometimes you have to change course and sometimes you have to fall down to get back to where you were....but its not so bad as long as you keep looking up.The best I can do right now is a morning.
I've had a rough life as of late.
2 weeks at the new job and I had come to the conclusion that it was just not for me. Many many things about the job that I just hated and I threw in the towel last night.
now I'm not sure what to do with life . Attempt to get my old job back would best the best option . I got a decent penny there. I fear any other job I can find, I'll be taking a significant financial hit.
Slap all that onto the fact that since Friday morning I've had a fever above 100 and all the way to 105 at times. 72 hours and counting now.
Problem is, being jobless I now have no insurance and not really sure what to do.
Not my normal jolly self right now. Dark days here and just looking for some light.
You learned some pretty cool stuff along the way in school, a lot of which applies to other jobs. As much as I'm sure it's disappointing now, something is out there that will allow you to use what you learned. Get better, enjoy your kiddo for a bit and you'll be back out there again soon.
