Talked to a guy at the camp ground this weekend that had an ex. Had a glass pack muffler on it and it sounded decent. May give it a try since our muffler is starting to go bad.
What are your manifolds doing Matt? May be something I need to look into on ours. Do they just crack or actually fall apart?

Common is the bolts breaking but sometimes the stock manifolds crack.

I was thinking of you two when I was towing the boy scout trailer out to camp today. I thought I could hear an exhaust leak whenever the transmission kicked down and the engine shot up to 4k. I'd love an excuse to put headers on my 5.4l.

The best I can do right now is a morning.
I've had a rough life as of late.
2 weeks at the new job and I had come to the conclusion that it was just not for me. Many many things about the job that I just hated and I threw in the towel last night.
now I'm not sure what to do with life . Attempt to get my old job back would best the best option . I got a decent penny there. I fear any other job I can find, I'll be taking a significant financial hit.
Slap all that onto the fact that since Friday morning I've had a fever above 100 and all the way to 105 at times. 72 hours and counting now.
Problem is, being jobless I now have no insurance and not really sure what to do.
Not my normal jolly self right now. Dark days here and just looking for some light.

Heck it took me almost 9-10 months to close on my house. Could have been a lot quicker but they couldn't find the title to the house. Hopefully it goes quicker for you.
Closing date was the 29th, underwriters did not like my paychecks or bank accounts so jumped through hoops last week just to be put off till this week due to Friday being a 'holiday'. Eh oh well still closed in under 45days, seller is paying for a bunch of repairs and warranty.

Thanks guys. Mac, that was pretty much the most sincere thing I've been told. Most people are just telling me to deal with the new job. Problem is, I can see the future would be filled with just hating my job. Either way it's done now.
I was able to get in the doctor today. They said to just keep the water intake going and over the counter meds to keep the fever down. It's still not normal but it's been under 100 since 5 this morning.
