So. My fuel tank is building pressure. I'd assume that doesn't cause any running issues, but should still be fixed?

RKE is in the dome lamp assembly. You'll need a dealer (or a scan tool that can speak Chrysler) to program it. SKIM Doesn't do anything with locking/locking the doors. It only keeps someone from driving the vehicle off without the correct key. I'm thinking 97s had the old style RKE, but from 98-01 they where all the same. Best bet is to find a craigslist part out and grab the RKE with FOBs. Then just swap them out.

ecu sensor is in the side of the block. I would expect it to be a bit cooler than the head, but not 40 degrees worth.
I think you need to verify that your gauge doesn't suck.

yeah, it's called the temp sensor in the back of the head.
I assume he's converted that pile to an open style radiator.

I think he meant evap purge. No, Renix doesn't have one. My carbon canister isn't hooked up to intake, that might be it.

it does that because when you're low on fuel the return from the manifold heats up the fuel in the tank.
Not enough mass to control it when you're below 1/4 tank.
That's fairly normal. ugly truck used to puke fuel out of the cell if I ran it low and the side of the tank got noticeably warm. Don't do that.

I'd tell them that you tried to get it resolved, they ignored you, so you did what was needed to make the place livable.

I told her she has to beat the garbage man to them at the curb today and she'll have to duct tape the 3' sections together and shop vac the rain water out.
She didn't find it as amusing as I did hahah
I also know for a fact the plumbing and electrical are not up to code so I have that to fall back on too if she gives me too much of a hassle.

Take pictures of whatever mess that you find in case it does go to court.
I don't know how often stuff like that goes to court, but I think you'd win a counter suit if they tried to sue you.
My old house that I rented the carpet looked like I rebuilt a motor on the living room floor when I moved out. It was very old carpet as well...probably 60s era, it needed replaced when I moved in, let alone when I moved out. I got all my damage deposit back too. It was cleaned for the next guy. Now, I know the next guy and when he moved out last year the landlord tried to charge him $2k and kept his damage deposit, to replace the carpet that he said was ruined. I told the next guy that it was awful when I moved in and he shouldn't pay and I don't think he did pay.
