Went better than I thought.

Was pretty entertaining when I informed her of all the things not up to code, and told her when this place burns down she is liable. Her eyes got all big and she told me it was right.

I believe the property manager and myself are on the same page now. I invited her to have the homeowner call me so I can tell him what a hack he is.. I have a feeling she won't let that phone call happen after what I told her.

I was told this carpet should disappear out of my driveway on her dime. I'll believe it when I see it

Would anybody be interested in a Warn M6000 winch? I may have a line on a new winch, but I would need to move this one first. New remote and plug, 2 new solenoids. Will need 2 more solenoids and the freespool lever replaced. I will include the extended wiring to run the solenoid box under the hood.

I'll post a classified if there is any interest.

I got to replace the front passenger side brake line yesterday, I'm getting good at bending brake lines, looks almost factory except not rusty and falling apart..

And what happened to my membership? I paid for another year in march

no. I used all the original brake parts except for new wheel cylinders.
