Well the trackback bolts are frozen in the bushing sleeves...running out of ideas.
Looks like the best place you have to jack the pinion angle back, would be your coil mount.
I assume you tried blocking the wheels up front and backing up in low range slowly?
I assume they could claim it was designed for off-road use only. I'm fully aware that everything I drive a lifted vehicle on the highway I am taking a risk...I'm not going to start a griping war with iro, in this case it's impossible to say what happened...
My comment wasn't to suggest any type of claim against them, I just wondered what the process is to limit the liability.
I'll bet that Hobag has thought about it in the pieces that he's designed. The LLC keeps your personal finances out of it, but the business still has to have some thought for product failure and backlash from that.
