hey...to all you recent home buyers, how many listings is it possible to see in a day? we are applying for pre-approval this week and we have about 1.5 days to actually view houses. we narrowed the list down to 15, and we really do have a top 5...but is 15 too many?

I worked sat night and then days sunday (16.5 hours total)...slept 6 hours, worked sunday night, slept 3 hours, part time for 6 hours, slept 2, work tonight, straight to training today til 4pm...on top of a airplane cold...
thankfully i can get online in the car so i'm not stuck on the phone...

I just totaled up my hours i've used to take off between, personal, vacation, comp, holiday...
I've had 58 days off this year...plus 2 days admin (paid not in trouble), 2 days of school, and 10 days of training...
that's 72 days of being off the street...with 1 month and a half of the year left...

MS is different than MD but it's still awesome to see guys (like Flex) not let it get in the way of having a life.
I was telling Aaron I had a guy call and want this junky old lift kit off one of these jeeps. Told him $250 if I pulled it or $200 if he did. He told me he was disabled and would have a hard time pulling it so I did.
He gets to the house, gets out of his jeep and I could have sworn it was Aaron. Looked like him, built like him, walked like him, even had a walking stick like Aaron. I had to ask if he had MD. The similarities were just too much. He did. Told him about Aaron and vice versa. Both thought it was pretty cool there was another one out there. (Although it's pretty scary to think there could be two Flex's)
