Important

That's a familiar sight. Driven that road so many times it's painful.

One of you should do a time lapse from the MWC to here. It would be easy. Take one photo of a cornfield then when you hit Colorado start the camera rolling. :D

This will be my fourth time on I70 wb west of Denver.

twitter is dumb...
that is all :)

you guys have fun and be safe. take lots of pics and don't let flex flop his junk...or get eaten by a bear

Don't know how much longer I can hold off really wanting a dog, especially after Feb. when I get married and move into a house with a fenced in yard. The only hard part will be to choose between a chocolate or black lab, basset hound or beagle.

black lab for this guy...they blend in better in the shadows of a duck boat :) i'm hoping we get a house with a yard when we move in march because i really want to get a duck dog soon. i'll be doing a lot of solo hunting out here and it would be nice to have some company.

in other news...i think we are 95% set on getting an xj as a baby mobile. it will probably only function as that for a year or two until we can get some more money put away to buy melissa another subie or something along those lines. that means that in 1-2 years i'll have a clean xj to dd...

more than anything what it means is that i will be driving it from when we buy it until the baby is born, which means that my xj will get parked at the shop and get the serious love it really needs. there is a really good chance that i will be pulling the motor on mine and dropping the 99 motor in it that i have. the local machinist up where the shop is has already expressed a lot of interest in helping me build a stroker, so it might actually happen. then i can also finally install the new axles, rear leafs and put some stiffeners in. (i haven't forgotten about your message brian, i just am waiting to see if i need tire beads or not).

of course the priority will be fixing the baby hauler and making sure its 100% mechanically sound before it starts transporting precious cargo.

one of these days i'll get to the mj

What does that do? just link to twitter?

I've never been on twitter

Doesn't link to twitter at all. It links to all the facebook posts with that hash tag. Click on one of them once. It's pretty cool.

You are crazy to want a beagle. Labs are really good dogs, unless you get a crazy one.

My friends family has had three labs and will be getting a fourth soon. They had a really old black one when I first became friends. When it passed, they eventually got another black lab and it passed. The last black one had puppies and they kept a chocolate one. They still have it and they are getting a yellow one now. They are really loud barkers, but they are very lovey dogs, which i like.

I love labs. My chocolate lab-wiemer mix is the best dog by far I've ever owned. Funny to hear you guys down on beagles though. I've never owned one but one of my best friends has one and it's a really cool dog.
