Important

I started looking at it and I was like:
That's a nice rig... Hey, Meganne. Gym Class got a new XJ. It's got a decent lift, looks like 33s, big front....sliders....rear quar....*notices JCR banner* Oh, I think it's Hale's rig. *Scrolls down* Yep!

Jarrett is going to drive this one. That means I can make my own plans for the MJ.

I moved up to a 32 this winter :(
Lol

I just bought some 31's.

JIM.

My cousin just picked up a scrambler with a built 401. I can't wait to drive that thing. If anyone is looking for a properly built '10 jk i can direct you his way. It's cheaper than stock ones with low mileage.

I've dropped better than 2" off my waistline in the last years, lost 25+ lbs. Seemed to have hit a bit of a plateau, I don't seem to have lost any thing in the last couple of months.

I didn't even leave the driveway this morning. Went out at 0530, it was freezing drizzle coming down and the driveway was very slick. Google Maps shows the metro area as a parking lot. Yesterday's commute was bad enough, today's would be worse.

But in the AC/DC lyrics they say "I bet you know I'm glad to be back"...

I think it is time to part with the beast. Any interest around here in some parts on it? Looking to see what kind of interest there is here.

5 mile drive to work was hell this morning, had to put it in 4x4... And I live in the metro...
16 teachers out, power lines dropping ~2 blocks away so the kids/busses couldn't get here, theres still students wandering in and school has been going for 2 hours already... Simply nuts I tell you...

On the other hand, I talked my principle into my new online ebook/curriculum for the Autos Classes, kinda excited about that. I also put in my order forms for all the equipment/kits/supplies for the new Biotechnical course I'll be teaching next year. Just shy of $20,000... Boy I'd love to use that money on the shop rather than a new class that really should be taught by a biology teacher...

Quite a few people in the office didn't make it in. My boss's commute is normally 30-40 minutes, it took him 90 this morning. Traffic looks like it's settled out, but there's still snow or freezing sludge coming down. Probably an inch of crud since I cleared the driveway at 0545 this morning.

We're getting a kind of sleet/snow/rain junk mix. It hasn't seemed to be falling at any high rate but it has picked up a little.

I wear a 34. Still too fat for my height.

i wear 34 but at 6'1" ive got more room to hide it

must be something in water up there too

mac 'growing trend' gyvr

i think its a shifting trend for everyone not just jeepers, to own a "trail only" vehicle you kinda have to build your life around it. big truck trailer etc. and maintenance on it all. im building a dd little jeep because its easier and cheaper for me to just drive it to windrock (20 mins away) than to have to load up the whole shitshow.... im sure you feel my pain on that :D plus if i get an atv i can tow it with the car and a utv i could tow with the jeep

this is the reason why im still in the drive it there, wheel it, camp in a tent, drive it home, part of wheeling.

although a beefy jeep and bad ass tow rig with a big ol trailer and camper would be great i don't have the money or space for that, nor can i justify all of that for the 4 or 5 time i wheel a year.

SAM'currently have nothing'SET

I've always heard guys with big jeeps say they liked wheeling on smaller tires more. Just so happens that if i go much taller i can't get into mine.... i like my vehicle to be a DD if duty calls. Big jeeps are badass though.
