works good.

I haven't blown it up yet anyway.

leaks gear oil no matter what I do though, I think the cover is tweaked.

What cover you go on there? I have a RuffStuff one on mine and it seemed like it was doing that too, I just mocked it up in a mill and took .0100 off and it seals up well... Kinda nice that the flange on it is 1/2in steel, Don't think I'll ever be able to tweak it now that its on...

My front RuffStuff cover leaks just a little around the fill hole, the rear one seems like it leaks out of everywhere... I probably need to do a better RTV job on it since it can't flex like the stock cover. They say that they mill them flat when they make them, at least mine looked like it was.

I'm sure the axle housing isn't exactly flat anymore, if it ever was!

They are milled, but I noticed, esp around the bolt holes that its like they almost drilled them after milling leaving a little bit of and 'ridge'. Also, when you RTV it, let it set up twice as long as normal. With a 1/2in flange there is NO FLEX in this cover! I did RTV around each bolt hole completely and then do and 'inner' and 'outer' ring around the whole cover. I also used a little bit of teflon tape on the fill plug to prevent that 'weeping' they like to do.

My rs cover doesn't leak at the flange because I used a lubelocker gasket. It leaks at the corners of the domed housing where the welds start, but so little that I just don't care.

Both of my ruffstuff covers leak, but I don't think I did the best job with the RTV and getting the bottom bolts tightened up since the factory bolts were too big to fit and I didn't have anything I could use at the time to grind down the head of the bolt to fit.

Upon further review, my Honda shitvic wouldn't start because it had no gas.

At maxbilt trying to locate one of these mythic 'spare computers' that everyone in the locale club said they had, but apprently now can't find... Frustrated.

On another note, Phil scored a blueprinted fresh 5.0 stroker... Imma working all my powers to get a deal on it...
