My dad calls today and asks if I want to buy my sister's WJ for $500, because he is buying her a less used car.

My wife is pissed because yet again my dad is bailing out my sister's poor life choices.

And I thought... hey I'm getting a $500 WJ and my 16 year old daughter's first vehicle will be something I can work on.
 
Started our house at $79,900. Lowered it to $69,900. I will take $65,000. Been on the market for 10 months, realtor contract expires October 2 and we are going to take it off the market for the winter. At $65k I'm taking a loss anyway.

On a more positive note; someone is coming to look at the ZJ next weekend. Hopefully it sells, that will set us up for the months I will be at work training.

They are getting there. Only wrapping one, and only one spot.

She's started doing some cleaning around the house, its nice... especially if she's interviewing for not working from here on out.

In other news, Chaz helped me drop the 5.9 off at the tranny shop today for appt tomorrow to get rebuilt...

Still wishing I was in Gatlinburg this weekend...

Those two are both wastes..... but no. That is Jenni's sister. This is my sister.

I was trying to at least make the damage to my dad's retirement funds a little less.

Is she gonna stay home after the baby comes?

Mine wants to do the same. She went back after the first but doesn't want to this time.
Two incomes is awesome and I dont want to give it up.

Mine has worked since our first was born. The income is very nice for extra stuff. We also work opposite shifts so we only need a sitter for about 6 hours. And we are fortunate enough to have friends do it for CHEAP! I want her to keep working but I doubt she will. We'll find out in about 8 months.
 
My wife works....

If she didn't.. there would be a murder/suicide in our house.

She ran a licensed daycare for a couple years. Never again.. way too much bullcrap for way too little money.
