I bet it is a new phone or pad or something :D Now if it were an iHooker..I would be more interested.

Yea but the iHooker is always drawing attention, and getting smudges and fingerprints on 'er, and no matter how hard you try to keep 'er clean she's still a dirty device.

I heard that the iWife is going to do away with the touch features but have a lot of buttons for you to push.

The iWife will find new ways to spend money too...

mac 'we need...we need...we need..........TO BE DEBT FREE!' gyvr

Be very careful about upgrading from iWife 1.0 to iGirlFriend 2.0. The 2 versions are mutually incompatible, and may have bad effects on system operation.

Dad says baby Jeep wouldn't start.

Had to jump it. Once jumped it wouldn't idle.

Putting it to the floor it would run. Finally got it to idle.

Tried to move it, then it died.

Continued to start on its own, barely, wouldn't run unless gas was floored.

Dad thinks its the battery, which is possible since the battery is over 5 years old...

I've replaced the IAC twice in the last couple years...maybe I need to get one from the dealer instead of autozone...

mac 'maybe there's more than one problem' gyvr

The Iwife doesn't let you plug in any gadgets either, and the touch screen falls asleep way to fast.

did he try writing on the hood?

Mac you don't want the stupid Iphone, no tethering to your lap top on the road is the biggest downfall, becoming a smug sonofabitch Apple person would be another reason....

Did you know you won the drawing fro the free home inspection back in August?
Get a hold of me.....

I want a phone that works all the time...and doesn't use the battery up in an hour and the icons don't disappear...I haven't tethered it for real use because the guy I went to california with had a broadband card...

How did I miss winning this great prize. You'll have to come to fort wayne sometime. You can tell me that I need a new roof too :) Prolly the best I'll get is a free camper inspection since I'm not in the area where you live.

I will have a pretty badass Christmas party that it worth the drive for. Wheeler came last year.

Sounds like a TPS

Can you test these? I've only replaced on once on the popcan. I thought it was bad, turns out it wasn't, so I've always kept the old one as a spare.

Had the same problem in January. It was the battery.

Yeah, but they're cheap, and seem to be OK after you attack them with the grinder.

I also think that being able to setup the gears with an adjuster vs. shims would be worth a lot.
from what I've heard from friends, the 14b is a dream to set up. Only thing that can't be done and redone till it's perfect without anything more than hand tools is the pinion bearing preload, which is a whopping huge crush sleeve. Pinion depth is done by shims under the bolt-in pinion bearing housing, iirc, and the side adjusters mean no shims on the carrier...

And...the D70 the guy has only has 30 splines...so its a 60...

mac 'nevermind' gyvr
iirc the 70 comes in many flavors, including some really old ones from the 60s? 70s? that are old coarse spline and/or have a different ring gear offset on the carrier that no one makes gears for. So some are basically worthless and others are nice. You can also find full float smoothbottom rear 60s with disc brakes that don't need their spindles bored to fit 35sp shafts under... iirc E350 vans made up till the mid 00s (which still have them after that, but are metric bolt pattern.)

If you don't care if it's a full float rearend you can also find semifloat 60s under the rears of e250s from the same period. All reasonably plentiful and well priced.
