Hey xj&chz how did u do your quick disconnect doors

I just cut the lower half of the hinge off and the dorrs slides up and out of the top portion of the hinge. Like REW said, if you do a quick search in the mod tech forum it will come up with a slug of posts pertaining to this. That is where I found directions for when I did mine years ago.

Basically worked doubles on Saturday and Sunday. Long weekend. Had 16.5 hours in on Sunday afternoon to Sunday night to Monday morning when at 630am this truck passed me and ran a red light causing me to be at work for another two hours...

Did a nice little mod to my rig this weekend. I removed the pass. rear shock. After running the numbers through a four link calc, this should give me no extra flex and a more bouncy rather than stiff ride. Though it compliments having no rear swaybar nicely.
you don't need rear shocks.

So along with other carnage from this weekend, I think my steering gear box is on its last leg...

I remember something about using like a Cj/TJ/?? Steering that is 4 bolt and has a better gearing or something? Does anyone know what model/year those are in??

As far as carnage: Pass Window regulator is gone and window is off track, pretty sure I have a u-joint out, sway bar is permanently disconnected till further notice, gotta figure out the TCM/ECM lack of communication issue, relocate and install larger Trans cooler, and get new steering system
durango box.

Smart money would have removed the battery in the car first.

Kindof my fault on that one. The hood was fine until I used it as an RTI ramp. So we left it in there till the next day.

It actually started up the next day, even with the computer laying on the ground.

Here is the video of me using it as an RTI ramp. The ending might be NSFW with a few choice words from the wife :D She wasn't expecting me to do that, neither was I. LOL

lmfao, at first I was thinking "wow, Kimmer wheels with topless girls running around with beers", then I realized it was a dude.
I saw 2 topless girls that night. Only one was good. The other, I just kinda held up my beer and said "titties!"

3 mount bolts, no modifications to your frame. No fancy plates or kits to buy. The lock to lock is shorter, you'll get used to it. It's physically bigger, so you'll need new bolts and some washers against the frame rail to mount it, unless you buy said fancy plate to replace the factory one.

And it will move your drag link over about 1/2". So if you have one that's too long already (:wave1:) you should consider that when your steering wheel gets crooked.

It was a nice upgrade for me. Cost me $90 shipped to the house.

Interior about 90% complete; still need a headliner and to fix the sunroof. The HVAC box has some demons, but I 'engineered' it so I have A/C :D

so I have this awesome idea...I have mastered the culanary skills that surround the world of nachos, and I like beer, so I am thinking about starting my own franchise of "Cheeseman's Nacho and Sports Bar" It would specialize in everything nacho and beer...throw in some big TV's and scantily clad waitresses...and presto, a receipe for success. Laugh now suckers, but I will be selling stock options in the near future. I am hoping to get Sean on board with this as my property manager/resident bartender. John can be my resident brewmaster and Susie and Mark as my accountants. I see this going BIG!! Of course Mac and Dan will be like Norm and Cliff from Cheers :D

LOL i have ran the thought of owning a bar of some sort many times

no man, your missing the point, this is a nacho store :D

I mean, who does not like nachos??
