Important

...I am tired of making a lot of money for other people.

This just made me check my sales...

its only the morning of the 3rd day of the month and i profited this place just under 3k this month

so I have this awesome idea...I have mastered the culanary skills that surround the world of nachos, and I like beer, so I am thinking about starting my own franchise of "Cheeseman's Nacho and Sports Bar" It would specialize in everything nacho and beer...throw in some big TV's and scantily clad waitresses...and presto, a receipe for success. Laugh now suckers, but I will be selling stock options in the near future. I am hoping to get Sean on board with this as my property manager/resident bartender. John can be my resident brewmaster and Susie and Mark as my accountants. I see this going BIG!! Of course Mac and Dan will be like Norm and Cliff from Cheers :D

In!!

Everytime I go to a fast food restaurant and look at how badly managed they are, I think, you know a good manager could whip this thing into shape...

I think that there's money to be made in a the food industry with good food and good service...many places are just so poorly run.

I'm tired of making the city money (citations) and not having a raise in 3 years because they have "no" money...per them...if you knew what they have spent money on recently you'd understand the frustration...

mac 'tips well for good service' gyvr

Same down here, especially on the jail side.

I worked in the food industry as a busboy for my first job when I was 15. I have an understanding of what good/bad service is. I always tip well for good service and not so well for not so good service. I hate it when waiters/waitresses get upset if you don't leave them a "good enough" tip for not so stellar service. If I do a Brake job on a car and forget to tighten something and a part fails because of something I did, I'm not getting paid to fix it and the customer isnt either and will have to be held accountable for the mistake.

well speaking of bad tipping...

me and the family went out for pizza with her step mom she said she would pay, she gets the bill drops some cash on the table and went to pay. i was the straggler (cant leave the table with out clearing my plate and drink) with everybody gone i push the cash to see what she tipped cause there was a ONE on the top under it was also another ONE, she left a 2 dollar Figgin tip i couldn't believe it. i pulled my wallet out and only had 2 bucks also so i left that in front of my plate. she payed with her credit card so im not 100% sure she didn't tip on that but who leaves cash and credit tip. i dont think i mentioned the bill was +100 bucks

out of my wife's entire family both mother and father sides the only 2 people who treat wait staff like there human and tip fair are my wife and her sister who are both waitresses. its so bad i try my hardest not to go to restaurants with them

I like the way this is shaping up, now we have to find the waitresses......

And here I was thinking of Susie & Lar for the hot waitresses. <evilgrin>

I'd be onboard for any HVAC or maintainence issues. The g/f can be cashier, cause she isn't hot enough to be a waitress.

Tater, Jennie, Molly, Josh......................see what I did there! :D

The hen is already a waitress and used to old men hitting on her so......
