K "1x12 boards with 7/16 osb over" man

so I have this awesome idea...I have mastered the culanary skills that surround the world of nachos, and I like beer, so I am thinking about starting my own franchise of "Cheeseman's Nacho and Sports Bar" It would specialize in everything nacho and beer...throw in some big TV's and scantily clad waitresses...and presto, a receipe for success. Laugh now suckers, but I will be selling stock options in the near future. I am hoping to get Sean on board with this as my property manager/resident bartender. John can be my resident brewmaster and Susie and Mark as my accountants. I see this going BIG!! Of course Mac and Dan will be like Norm and Cliff from Cheers :D

I would like to volunteer for the HR position responsible for the hiring of said SCWs.

Nate, your in. I would also like to hire you for all things knowledgable. Kind of like my "phone a friend" for anything that arrises :D

Can I be a bouncer?

Brian, your in. And your going to be the staff engineer/fabricator for when we install the go-go girl dancing cages. I would also like to work a deal to lease the Ho-Hauler for our catering rig..like I said, this is gonna be BIG!

I have thought about the bar many times. imo, there is not enough bars that combine competitive games for us men to not get bored, combined with great food, and a splash of slutty chickies serving(and flirting) us

Tyler, I'd like to be the resident PITA! :D

In all honesty it is fun to joke around about the idea of the nacho strip club, but I have a serious interest in vesting into a bar/resturant business. So many businesses are a bust because of lack of management. I view all business and management the same, and that is what has helped me be able to stay in business as a landlord, a crop farmer, a cattle farmer, a hog farmer and carry on a day job as well. And before Sean tries to bust my chops by saying "poor farmer w/ GOV crop checks....look me up on the EWG, it shows every penny I have ever received from the GOV for subsidies....I have received less in my whole farming career then what 98% of the US population receives in one year from their tax returns. I am not a fan of GOV entitlement programs. It does not matter if I am shoulder deep in cow vag or writting million dollar contracts, it is all about management and a good checks and balances system. Couple that with not having an emotional attachment to anything business related and it makes it easier to make rational decisions....which I have to admit when having business interest with family, it is often times difficult to seperate the two. So, with that all being said, who wants in? :D

weinerbox catering vehicle? It's not as flashy as the bus, but had 9 million cubic fet of space.

seriously though, if you do this, and need a catering vehicle, the 14 ft box trucks can be had super cheap.

<chuckle> Tyler, I don't think anyone could pay me enough to get involved in running a bar. Maybe a restaurant, certainly a brewpub, but not a bar. Running the numbers isn't the problem. Dealing with the neighbors, governmental inspections or other shake-downs, and the human elements are the problem.

One of the guy here has been thinking of opening up a strip club down in Florida. I wish him all the best of luck, that's a business I want no part of.

Keeping emotions at bay is key. I want to open a restraunt but my wife is against it.......I am tired of making a lot of money for other people.

For anybody who's got any interest in food service, read _Kitchen Confidential_ by Anthony Bourdain.
