Thanks Mike! I am stoked about it. It will be nice to finally have my own shop that I dont have to share with the farm and our hired help. It will be amazing to see how many of my tools stick around now verses when they "disappear" from the shop at the farm.

And you going 4.10 to 4.88.... I've heard that you wanted to go deep, but this is not what I thought you were talking about

I have to admit that a slickrock trail is more fun then a mudhole. I still prefer forest dirt/mud, but that rock is all right.

Everyone needs to do Moab at least once.
The perfect traction there allows you to redefine what's possible in a vehicle.
I've been there four times and still look at stuff saying, "No way" and then end up doing it.(or landing on my roof trying )
