Important

Hank, what are you doing in Russia? May I ask?

Big Hank, glad to see that you made it to the (in my best russian accent) "da moder country" safely...

Come back in one piece alive please...

ia green...big hank does some secret squirrel shit for cummins and for some reason think that what he does is important enough to send his ass to russia...

for the record, I'm live from my crib, home safe and sound. Got home around 1pm wednesday, only had one trailer tire burn up to a crisp...

mac 'quite possibly the last midwest NAXJA to talk to big hank before his departure' gyvr

Mac, i'm sure you sent that last message in the middle of the night, I'm actually on my lunch break. I've been having naxja problems from the hotel room, but hopefully have them worked out tonight. I can get the homepage to open, but can't get any farther then that.

I'll share more details soon. Hale thanks for keeping people updated. I plan to have the sheep dropshipped at winterfest, plus there will be one in the raffle.

We closed on the house today, so now the fun of moving begins. At least we have plenty of time to do it. We plan on taking a week.

I hit the fire hydrant in front of my house a few weeks ago moving a gooseneck trailer around getting ready for moab. They replaced it today.

I snapped some photos.

they did move it over 2 feet for me, but i'll probably hit it again...

mac 'it was only a matter of time' gyvr

You'd think they would have moved it to the other side of the pole. That way the electric guys would have to fart with it next time. :D

Here's my delima...

My home owners is cheeper because the hydrant is RIGHTINFRONTOFTHEHOUSE...

But my Auto Insurance goes up everytime I hit it...

mac 'its all State Farm tho' gyvr

I wouldn't think 6 foot over (away from the drive) would make any difference to State Farm. :dunno:

I would think so to...

mac 'but they would only move it 2 ft...this time' gyvr

It doesn't. It's 50 foot.

I went through the same thing when they rebuilt the highway infront of our house. The hydrant went from in front of our house to the end of the block. The underwriter came out and measured. It was 49 foot to the nearest hydrant.

When I asked why does 50 foot matter when the fire department carries about 500 foot of feedline on the engine, the underwriter said 'becuase that is what HQ tells me'.....

I couldn't tell you where our nearest hydrant is :dunno:

Knowing this town they would pull the water from the pond at the end of the block.

Went to the ZZ Top show last night in Minneapolis. *GOOD* show. They may be older than a box of rocks, but, damn, they can still rock. Blackberry Smoke opened up for them.
