The MWC has sent him to Russia to herd up the best of the best.
Big Hanks sheep culling skills are near flawless. He's been doing this for a long time.
After doing so, these elite sheep will be transported to Winterfest.
There, the MWC will have their way with them.

It was just a written test. I won't know the results until the end of November. Preliminary interviews aren't until March, physical test in April and final interview in May.
