water main broke in front of my house last night.....now the city is digging up the street in front of my house.
same thing happened to us this last summer.
they were out there until 9 at night with a backhoe digging it up.
I took them some Iced tea cause I'm a nice guy. That and the guy in the hole looked like he was about to die from the heat.

Never hurts to have those guys in your corner when something goes wrong and it might be your fault.

You're having a kid!?!
Man, my kids are 5 and 1 and I still haven't bought them a jungle gym!

Congrats!

After the snowfall today I found out that there is no vehicle out there that will do donuts on a snow covered road like a cj5 with a v8, posi and bald tires.
Note to self, just rebuild that front driveshaft and get it over with.

I wish we were getting snow tomorrow instead of rain. Needs to snow so it feels like winter, not a really cold fall.
As long as it quits that crap before I get there.

Not looking forward to the 1500 mile trip in crap.

Its not really what you have there that scares me. Its the 400 miles across Wyoming that scares me.

I drive it in a big truck everyday and it isn't any big deal but never done it in a 4wheeler before.

More then the conditions of the roads though is the time. It would be very very bad for my relationship with my boss if I got snowed in somewhere along the way.

Oh and you don't like me...you are just curious to see if you think I am as big of ass in person as I am online...you can admit it. :D

Is it cold or something? 67 degrees, at 4 am.

That would be the only reason I'd want to meet you doc.

I drove from the Detroit area to Lansing last night around midnight, and discovered that I could break the rear tires loose on my CTD..... in top gear, at 1,000 RPMs. A bit slick.
