started the tear down of the 97 Country that I bought a few weeks back. So far so good, no rust problems or rusted in bolts to speak of...yet.

got the POS 4wd tractor (MF3070 "autotronic") stuck with the 30' bat-wing Bush Hog mower on the rear. I had never been in this situation before (that's about all the "farming" we do anymore) and had to call a neighbor for help. We unhooked the mower and rocked the tractor and got it out, hooked a chain to the mower and drug it out, hooked everything back up and proceeded to smoke the "clutch" on one of the gearboxes.

That you are mac. We are getting our paperwork in order to make a go on this land...I am hoping that FCS is cool with what we have and there will be no need to liquidate the toys I am guessing (hoping) that the equity in our house is way more then needed to serve as the collateral/down money on this new piece of ground. Time will tell...wish us luck!

My girlfriend made me homemade cinoman buns. They are pretty much the most amazing thing in the world.
Side note.
Went and picked up a steering gearbox and used motor mounts from upull today. No more death wobble and no more engine floppin around like a fish outa water under the hood.
