Important

After driving the F150 and F250 around for the last year/week respectifully, I decided to drive the XJ home from work...

I've fallen in love again with that Jeep. The response of the bored TB; APN header; limited slip; it all makes it so much fun!

Started tearing down the spare d30 today to replace the bent one in the XJ. Debating if I'm going to spend time to build my own trust or cop-out for one from a sponsor...

Well decided to install our rock lights today since I had spare time. Only ended up putting 8 of them on the Jeep. Thanks to Wade(89eliminator) for the heads up on the lights.

Prime4x4?

Ben, those lights look good!

The lights are from horsepowerjuice.com. They come with 20 separate 4 led pods. I put 4 pods on each side.

Got the goahead to get tires from wifey.... 31x10.50x15s
I had Hercules Trail Digger MTs and Im not sure what to get now. They did very well for what they were and lasted about 50k miles with frequent rotations. My only compaint with them is that they were really noisey on road and got worse as they wore. I dont wheel very often but I do daily drive it.
I was looking at Dick Cepec Fun countrys but I havent heard much about them.

So my question is what would you do? AT or Mt and what brand

Considering you wheel at Redbird more than anywhere I'd stick with MT's.

if you decide on at's go BFG. i have had mine since 2010 and there is darn near full tread on them still. maybe 75% if i dont exaggerate

I have a set of DuraTracs that are going on the white Jeep, you're welcome to check them out before I get them mounted up. They look like a good AT/MT hybrid.

Been really happy with mine...till I got to Moab. They don't grip rocks as well as KM2's or MTr's

They do everything else so well I can live with that though.

My buddy has DC mud country and they wear quick. I love my cooper stt

My KM2s have 10k on them from a previous owner that rotated them every oil change including the spare. They are AWESOME everywhere!

mac 'expensive but worth it' gyvr
