i had a prof earlier this semester take us out to BWW. i ordered a beer fulling willing to pay for it, being as it was a school thing. he told me to get another, no questions asked.

i attended every class and got an A for sure. lol.

mango habenero is my flavor of choice. strait chronic. ill have to try the new stuff!

Making beer from extract kits really is not difficult at all. It's a bit time consuming, and you do need to clean everything. And I do mean everything.

BTW, clean everything as soon as you empty it. If you leave your brew kettle overnight before cleaning it, you're gonna need a chisel. If you wash it as soon as you transfer to your fermenter, it'll just about wipe clean.
