I told her I had 18"

I was thinking the same thing. On my JS I'm running 14's and the top mount is almost half way up the rear window.

Mine are 18" bodies with 14" shafts and the mount maybe 6" above the winder line.

You have seen those guys with hoops through their hood? Now see guys with hoops through their roof!!! :laugh3:

WAY TO GO JIM!!! I (and Kenneth) have always been "big as you can fit" guys when it comes to shocks. You will have a HUGE advantage over guys with 12 or 14" 2.0's. hahaha

BTW. Lily says tell Dawn she says "hi". :sure:
Thanks man, I'm the same way, we've talked about that. These 18's were just meant for me :D

Oh and Dawn said hi back haha.

you guys who have never met Dawn need to realize shes not exactly 6 feet tall or anything, shes a lil one ;)

She may be but those things are large none-the-less! You gotta think i'm dealing with 2.5 inches of lift and standard sized shocks over here. I don't shocks up through the floor!

he'll make em fit no prob, my 18's sit about 1.5 inches above the top of the rear seat line. Although it should sit a couple inches higher as i could have a couple more inches of up travel but i was being a pussy about putting my national pack into any negative arc.

damn jim them are some bad ass shocks cant wate to see your jeep when its done...about those sets..ill take em i know i can make the front ones fit but what do you think about the back will they bolt right in? do you have the hardware?
