That was my thought. We can probably disassemble the suspension pretty easily. Unbolt the front and rear leafs from the frame, unbolt brake line, remove driveshaft, pull whole axle/leaf assembly. Same for the front. Unbolt everything from the frame but leave on the axles since they are going directly on.
If it's easier we could disassemble from the lift but honestly the only thing we would need that lift for is the transmission swap. Maybe pull annie up, remove drivetrain, set annie aside. Next pull Fiona up, remove old drive train, install Annie's drive train/iro crossmember etc. We can have a team pulling suspension parts off annie while the drivetrain in Fiona is coming out/going in. After that we should be able to through the suspension back on. I believe there is some minor drilling but I will bring all the bits I need.
As far as the stock suspension goes... I still have upper ca brackets. It may work well enough to make it a rolling chassis, then again it may not. On paper it seems like it may work.
