I love my jeep soo much. It is like my friend. I figured i'd post a stupid thread just to see what people say. How much do you love your jeep?

yea i love my jeep, she has problems just like me :repair: , (needs new rear diff gasket, needs tranny change filter/fluid :repair: , needs to wire lights, needs to find time to install lift sitting in garage :repair: , needs install new mirror sitting in garage w/compass, needs paint job) and its actually dead on with # of problems as my real life :D :repair:

but she gets me around, looks alright, and is dependable (although people say i give her more credit than i should)

oh yea, and my exhaust manifold is cracked worse than any i have ever seen, and i have no muffler (also have parts sitting in garage) :repair:

i suppose i should get busy, but being at school for 30 hours a week + work, leaves little time :crybaby:

but thats what i have to say

Its my best friend takes me where ever I want to go takes me place I normally couldn't get without A LOT of walking. Carries my things takes me to work takes me home from work. All it ask in return is to be given a drink everynow and then and have old worn out parts replaced. I don't know why but whenever I get a a vehicle I feel as though its part of the family like a dog or a brother. I guess that's why I have such a hard time getting rid of them becuase I really dont' want to see them go.

The rigs I love:

91 XJ - LOVE IT was my original trailblazer, now it's getting neutered to a 2WD and has been taken over as my wife's grocery getter :rattle:

92 YJ- LOVE IT My latest trailblazer, I think it's going to stay a favorite for a long time to come.

84 F150 - LOVE IT My very first vehicle, got it when I was 15 and drove the hell out of it, brother ran it into a tree on my property, sat for 5 years and I'm rebuilding it slowly now.

Also have 93 Dodge 250 3/4 Ton Pickup, don't love the truck, just the engine (Cummings turbo diesel) :star:

Also have a 98 Chevy 1500, that's all I have to say about it.... :speepin:

Flip

PS Sorry for getting creative with the icons :)

Some people say that it's unnatural to love a Jeep like I love mine, but The Love That Dare Not Speak Its Name will one day be accepted by society.

Also, leather seats wipe down more easily than cloth.

So that's why the Jeep was shaking in the camp ground in Big Bear?

Just a tip. Don't take this one skinny dipping. I know it's romantic and all that but it just doesn't work right.

When the moment's right on a crisp April night under the pines, you have to take it. Gently at first.

:D :D :D :D :D

Yup, same here. My Lebaron was the same way too, the kind of friend that would do just about anything for you without complaining too much about it (especially when moving something :laugh3: )

Maybe it´s love, maybe just the challenge, my Jeep reminds me, most ways, of my wife, tempermental, and a pain in the ass. At least most times I can fix my Jeep, sure haven´t had any luck fixing the wife.

When people ask me if my wife and I have kids, I say, "we have 4 babies."

They look at me like I am nuts and then I follow up with, "two of them are German Shepards and two of them are Jeeps."

That is how much I love my Jeeps AND my dogs!

me and my jeep are on a "friends with benefits" type relationship. not 100% commitment, but i can ride it when i want to .

That's nice. My Jeep and I are more on a "Prison" system.

Unfortunatly I'm generally the bitch.

yep my jeep's my baby, she lasts longer than most girlfriends. Prolly because I spend more time in the jeep or on NAXJA than with them. My jeep is my baggage.
